Natassia Malthe
Faces
The Actors Hub Oslo, started in Natassia’s
Living room.
Never in a millions years did she know how
This idea would grow.
Natassia Malthe is a Norwegian-Chinese actress who left Norway to pursue her dreams long before she understood how challenging that path would be. She began her journey in Canada and later established herself in the United States, building an international career with over 65 screen credits.
Working abroad opened doors she had never experienced in Norway. It gave her opportunities, growth, and a deeper understanding of how the global industry operates. At the same time, it made her question how many talented actors back home were being overlooked simply because the market is small and access is limited.
Determined not to be pushed aside in her own country, Natassia chose to create something different. She founded The Actors Hub as a way to build new pathways—connecting Norwegian actors to international standards, opportunities, and networks.
At the Hub, she is known as the connector—the one who brings people together and holds the space for ideas, talent, and careers to develop. Her vision is clear: we cannot wait for doors to open. We must push them open ourselves. And when they don’t exist, we create them.
Natassia is driven not only by her own career, but by a larger mission—to challenge limiting beliefs, expand possibilities, and help others step into opportunities they may not have thought were possible.
Her message is simple:
Let’s not wait. Let’s create.
